Tour De France inspired cycling holidays

4th July 2007 Print
The Tour De France kicks off this weekend and if you fancy yourself as a budding Lance Armstrong why not set the wheels in motion with a Eurocamp cycling holiday.

Eurocamp’s Le Belledonne parc in the French Alps is the perfect place to explore the peaks. Ideally situated at the gateway of The Oisans with easy access to the six valleys, Le Belledonne offers unbeatable mountain biking, stunning scenery and clear mountain air.

Bike hire can be easily arranged if you haven’t brought your own, with the nearby town of Bourg d’Oisans bustling with sports and outdoors shops stocking all you could possibly need for a cycling holiday.

The parc itself boasts an excellent variety of facilities including pool complex, volleyball, fitness circuit and sauna.

Alternatively, Chambord in the Loire and Le Bugue in the Dordogne offer leisurely cycle routes through beautiful countryside.

Commencing 18th July a 7 night stay for a family of five (two adults, three children) staying in a Versailles mobile home with decking costs £801, including Dover to Calais ferry crossings, with a saving of £175.

To book, visit Eurocamp.co.uk.
