Have your kids got talent?

Haven Holidays are looking for kids who want to perform and they’ve got top celebrity judges Erin Boag of Strictly Come Dancing and Anna Williamson of GMTV to pick out the most talented youngsters in their ‘Haven’s got Talent’ contest this summer.

Winners of the weekly competitions, which are being held at Haven’s Primrose Valley holiday park near Filey on the North Yorkshire coast, will be invited back for a Grand Final contest in October.

‘We’re sure own customers have got more talent than most!’ say Haven. ‘We have regular talent shows and opportunities for kids to get up on stage and perform, encouraged by our own trained and talented FunStars. We’re anticipating that our newest talent contest will reveal some real stars amongst our guests.’

Kids can demonstrate whatever talent they like …whether it’s singing, dancing, telling jokes or performing magic. A panel of holidaymakers will be invited to judge the auditions, picking out the best acts before they perform on stage in front of one of the Star Judges in the evening.

The competitions will be a highlight of the week as Haven’s star-struck youngsters battle it out ‘X Factor’ style before the celebrity judges and what promises to be a packed audience of holidaymakers.

And of course if you don’t want to take part, the talent contest is just part of huge package of entertainment and activities. Like all Haven and British Holidays parks, Primrose Valley has nightly entertainment and cabaret for all the family.

There are early evening shows for the kids with party dances and stage-shows led by popular characters Rory the Tiger, Bradley Bear and friends and two ShowBars with a different programme every night. Shows this summer include pantomimes, wrestling, circus performers and even Spiderman…. along with well known names such as Keith Harris, Limahl and 911.

The talent contest takes place every week during the summer holidays. Prices for a week’s holiday at Primrose Valey start at £499 for a family of up to six people in standard self-catering accommodation.
