Birthday bash for Anxious the elephant

The bright pink elephant in a blue spotty dress, much loved by youngsters at Haven and British Holidays’ parks, is inviting families to come and enjoy her birthday celebrations in September.

“Anxious is very shy and we can’t get her to reveal her age,” said a spokesperson for Haven Holidays, “but she does say that like all elephants she’ll never forget the date. We’re looking forward to a fantastic birthday bash and hope that lots of children will be able to join Anxious at to her parties.”

Kids can look forward to all the traditional birthday fun with party poppers and streamers, Pass the Parcel and party games, music, dancing and cake.

Families with pre-school kids will be able to enjoy a four night mid-week birthday break from September 24th in standard self-catering accommodation for as little as £79 for up to six people. And there will be plenty more to do besides joining Anxious’ for her party.

There’s PAWs club for 1-4 year olds, soft play areas for little ones, swimming pools with splash areas and Water Baby and Learn2Swim classes to help build water confidence. Daytime entertainment includes lively character shows featuring Anxious the Elephant and her friends Rory the Tiger, Bradley Bear and others. In the evening kids are welcome in the non-smoking family entertainment venues so Mums and Dads can relax and enjoy a night out without worrying about babysitters.

The birthday parties will be taking place at Haven and British Holidays 34 family holiday parks around the UK.
