Jet2holidays.com launches first non-Jet2 breaks

Jet2holidays.com, the fastest-growing tour operator in the North, will initially offer holidays out of Manchester departing on Tuesdays and Sundays with flights through XL Airways – the first holidays will depart on 4th November.
It is a significant announcement from the company which, to date, has only used flights from its own low cost airline, Jet2.com.
The company promised that this is only the start of its planned route expansion plans. Richard Bodin, Managing Director of Jet2holidays.com, said: “We will continue to use Jet2.com flights for the vast majority of our holidays, but it was always our intention to expand beyond their 39 destinations and we will be using other operators where we don’t have Jet2.com access.
“Since we launched, we have been absolutely delighted with demand for our package holidays and the announcement of great deals to the stunning resort of Sharm El Sheikh is testament to this.
“The Red Sea resort is justifiably world-famous, with a fabulous, sunny climate year round, warm tropical waters and varied nightlife and we’re delighted to make it our first non-Jet2.com destination.
“After relaxing days lazing in the sun, you can party the night away in Sharm El Sheikh if you want to and there is an almost endless supply of fantastic restaurants and bars to supplement our excellent range of luxurious three, four and five-star properties.
“What’s more, if you’re feeling a little more adventurous, you can venture beneath the depths, making use of the Red Sea Diving Centre, which is also based in the resort.
“However, in spite of being a world-class resort with unparalleled facilities, holiday makers will be pleased to find out that one thing hasn’t changed: our fantastic low prices and excellent service.”
The company, which only uses three, four and five-star accommodation, believes that its holidays to Sharm El Sheikh will be the most competitive available anywhere in the North of England.
