Day 1: Sydney
Arrive in Sydney and transfer to your hotel. Take time to explore Sydney or rest after your flight.
5 Night stay: 5* Shangri-la, room only, deluxe opera house view room.

Day 2: Sydney Harbour Cruise
After breakfast (own expense) board Sydney’s newest and most luxurious motor cruiser, MV Maverick. Your 4 hour luncheon cruise departs Darling Harbour and is a perfect way to discover Sydney. You will also have the opportunity to cast a fishing line or have a swim. Enjoy a delicious lunch with a glass of premium Australian wine or beer.

Day 3: Sydney Sightseeing and Bridge Climb
Today you will have the chance to climb the magnificent Sydney Harbour Bridge; this will be an unforgettable highlight of your trip to Sydney.

Day 4: Sydney
Today is free to explore the sights of Sydney.

Day 5: Hunter Valley Wine and Wilderness Adventure
Enjoy a full day, small group tour to the Hunter Valley. You will enjoy morning tea on your way to the Hunter Valley. You will have the chance to sample wines at a boutique winery and will enjoy lunch at a vineyard café. Your guide will explain wine making and the industry in the Hunter Valley.

Day 6: Sydney – Uluru/Ayers Rock
This morning fly from Sydney to Uluru/Ayers Rock, upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. This evening you will be booked in to experience the Sound of Silence Dinner. You will be driven to a special location in the desert to enjoy canapes and a gourmet barbacue of Australian delicacies.
3 Night stay: 5* Sails in the Desert, room only, standard room.

Day 7: Aboriginal Uluru Breakfast
This morning relax over a sumptuous breakfast and take in the panoramic view of Uluru/Ayers Rock. Join Aboriginal guides to retrace the path of the Liru ancestors, including demonstrations of ancient bush skills. This afternoon and evening is at leisure.

Day 8: Uluru Motorcyle Tour
This morning and afternoon is at leisure. This evening take a legendary Harley Davidson ride for the experience of a lifetime. You will ride to Uluru/Ayers Rock and enjoy a class of champagne at sunset.

Day 9: Uluru/Ayers Rock – Cairns
This afternoon fly from Uluru/Ayers Rock to Cairns, upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
2 Night stay: 5* Shangri-La Hotel, room only.

Day 10: Great Barrier Reef Cruise.
Take a reef trip with Ocean Spirit, departing from Cairns Wharf. Board a high speed catamaran and visit Michaelmas Cay, a natural and pristine sand cay. The day is then yours to explore. Enjoy a wide range of activities including snorkelling, scuba diving (both certified and first time beginner), semi-submersible coral viewing, coral cay scientific tours, nature walks among a bird sanctuary, live musical entertainment and a glass of champagne on the homeward sail.

Day 11-14: Thala Beach Lodge
Pick up your Hertz car and head to Thala Beach Lodge, a 45 minute drive from Cairns. This exclusive environmentally friendly haven surrounded by over a mile of private sandy beaches and sheltered coves with stunning views over the Coral Sea and out to the Great Barrier Reef. Spend your days relaxing at the Lodge or exploring the surrounding area.
4 Night stay: 4.5* Thala Beach Resort, complimentary daily breakfast, eucalypt bungalow.

Day 15 Cairns
Drop off your car before your departure.
