Over half welcome pets, many making no extra charge and others welcoming two at a time.

With over seventy places sleeping ten plus, Helpful Holidays have an excellent reputation for offering superb large properties, many can provide catering and maid service too. Guests can choose from historic manors and ancient farmhouses hidden on country estates, or stylish renovations just ambling distance of sandy beaches with magnificent sea views.

New for 2008 are videos of the most outstanding big properties which can be viewed online via Helpful Holidays’ website. Holidaymakers can take a look around the houses before they book, helping them to choose the place that is exactly right for them.

All properties are carefully inspected by Helpful Holidays’ team so they can advise holidaymakers honestly and with first hand experience. They are also star graded by the agency with fourteen carrying a top five star rating and forty with four and a half stars.

Holidaymakers can look and book online via Helpful Holidays’ website. A new section, ‘My Helpful Holidays’ is activated when they make a provisional reservation online. They can then manage their booking through a personal password protected account which enables them to pay their deposit and balance online; view and print a map with directions to their chosen property, and follow links to information on places to eat and things to see and do specific to their holiday home. And after their stay, they can complete their post-holiday questionnaire online through their ‘My Helpful Holidays’ account.
