An early rush for Egypt and Red Sea holidays

Online travel agency Freedom Direct has seen a rush on early bookings for Egypt and the Red Sea resorts, particularly Sharm el-Sheikh, as holidaymakers follow their advice to book early for the best holiday bargains.

Analysis of bookings for winter sun holidays since the start of August shows a surge in bookings for holidays in Sharm el-Sheikh and other Red Sea resort during the winter months.

While other popular winter sun holiday destinations available through Freedom Direct (freedomdirect.co.uk) proving popular, the rate of advance bookings for these other resorts is not at the same level as bookings being made for the Red Sea resorts.
