ITINERARY DETAILS

The highlighted destinations below are only a sample of the South Australian ‘attractions’ featured in the Eccentric Australia Bradt Guide:

Day 1: Arrive Adelaide, pick up Avis 4WD car and overnight at the North Adelaide Heritage Group’s “Fire Engine Suite”. A highlight of this converted fire station accommodation is its fireman’s pole.

Day 2: Day trip to the Adelaide Hills to see the Big Rocking Horse. Overnight Adelaide.

Day 3: Drive to the Flinders Ranges, via Burra to visit the historic Peterborough Railway Town. Overnight Wilpena Pound Resort.
