Wake up in Namibia or chill out in Patagonia?

Pick up a bottle of Firefly tonics this March, and you could be whisked away for an unforgettable trip with award-winning travel company Black Tomato. Black Tomato and Firefly have teamed up to create the ‘ultimate Firefly experiences’ all based in completely cutting-edge destinations.

Black Tomato, the hip and discerning travel company for the work-hard-play-hard generation, has come up with the most mind-blowing, money-is-no-object “wake up”, “detox” and “chill out” trips you can imagine. Nicaraguan Eco-lodges, Namibian desert-safaris, Patagonian glaciers – no holds barred.

And the way you win them isn’t exactly ordinary either. You pick your most inspiring travel photo; upload it onto one of the Firefly bottles – which you see live on-screen, alongside other recent entries; and put in a code from a special edition Firefly bottle. The best travel photo wins “the ultimate Firefly experience” – Wake up in Namibia, Chill out in Patagonia, Detox in Iceland or Health Kick in Nicaragua.

There are also 4 runner-up luxury weekend breaks, and even a holiday for the manager of the shop that sold the winning bottle. Entrants get extra chances to win if they forward their bottle to friends. And the best photos (not just the winning ones) will feature on future Firefly bottles.

Firefly and Black Tomato are launching a special-edition bottle with the competition, featuring photos sent by customers from around the world. The special edition also coincides with a design update – Firefly’s first since their launch 4 years ago – a new logo, a cleaner look and a Black Tomato on pack nod. It’s all go.

Tom Marchant, co-founder of Black Tomato, said “the photos on the Firefly bottles are great, because they remind people that time is precious, and time off even more so.
