There’s a dinosaur on the loose at Butlins

21st February 2008 Print
There’s a dinosaur on the loose at Butlins Butlins, the famous holiday Resort, is preparing to welcome an equally famous 200-million year old dinosaur, Barney, at its three coastal Resorts in Minehead, Bognor Regis and Skegness this year. The loveable character is set to celebrate his 20th anniversary year on Resort and will kick off his arrival with his new touring stage show Barney’s Let’s Go Tour this month.

The show’s story is all based around an imagination machine helping Barney, his friends, Baby Bop, BJ and Riff, and the audience search for lost toys.

The all singing and all dancing dinosaur will be encouraging younger guests to care, share and have fun with music, in two live shows every day at the Resorts. Guests can also sing along to Barney’s popular songs and even take part in Barney’s Zoo sing-along.

Barney will be on all family breaks in 2008 so don’t miss an opportunity to personally meet the popular fellow and have your photo taken with the star. Barney is not the only colourful character at Butlins this year, youngsters will love Bob the Builder’s build it sessions, Fireman Sam’s fire drill, Pingu’s fitness fun and Angelina Ballerina’s dance classes for young ballet buffs. There is even Butlins’ own loveable Billy Bear.

For a 4 night break (16th June) at the Minehead resort, a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 2 – 14 years) can stay in a Silver apartment for just £346 for dinner, bed and breakfast. To book a break visit Butlins.com.
