Experience the wilds of Newfoundland Search for marine life including Humpback, Minke, and Fin Whale, land mammals such as Black Bear and Moose, visit the continent's third largest gannet colony in St. Brides and enjoy hiking, beachcombing, sea-kayaking and horse riding during Wildlife Worldwide’s 9-day small group Wild Newfoundland holiday.

On arrival in St. John's, an initial 2-nights are spent at Quality Hotel. After a good night’s rest, spend the morning whale-watching, on the look out for Humpback, Minke, and Fin Whale, other highlights may include dolphin, porpoise and numerous seabirds. Next day, search for Caribou, Puffin and seal followed by a night at tranquil Bird Island Resort in St. Brides. Here, visit the continent's third largest gannet colony, also a breeding site for Thick-billed, and Razor-billed Auk and Brunich's Guillemot.

During mid-July, land-based whale watching is also on offer. Continue to Terra Nova National Park for a 2-night stay at Clode Sound Motel for hiking, birdwatching, beach combing, sea kayaking and horse riding – with possible sightings of Moose, Black Bear and Osprey. After a morning boat trip to look for eagles, whales, terns and icebergs, return to Quality Hotel for the final 2-nights before homeward flights.
