Keeping the children entertained over the school holidays is never an easy task, so to help take the stress out of planning days out and activities, Teletext Holidays has launched a dedicated ‘School’s Out’ section featuring the best days out and attractions across the country.

For the next six weeks, Teletext Holidays will be recommending places to visit so families can check out the latest attractions in the UK, from Legoland in Windsor through to the Beamish Open Air Museum. Families yet to book a UK break can also check out a range of accommodation options from Haven Holiday Parks through to hotels and cottages.

Following an upsurge in demand for UK breaks, Teletext has also launched a new UK wide listings service called ‘What’s On’ which is accessible via teletext.co.uk, and covers everything from days out through to art exhibitions, concerts, theatre and even the opera. Visitors to the site can search by date, town, city or postcode as well as events or venues.

The Teletext Holidays ‘School’s Out’ section is accessible via teletextholidays.co.uk and via page 200 on Teletext Holidays on ITV and Channel 4, Freeview Channel 101 and Sky Channel 662 (Channel 672 from 21st July).
