Cycling enthusiasts ride the Tour De France route Located in St Girons, the restored 18th century Pradas Farmhouse allows travellers easy access to the Tour De France route. Nestled among the spectacular Pyrenees Mountains, the property offers prime viewing of the famous bike race from a nearby vantage point. For the cycling enthusiast, Pradas is an ideal base for those wishing to retrace the steep climb section of the famous route at their own leisurely pace (or try and beat the times achieved by Cadel Evans!).

Built in 1789, Pradas has been renovated to offer a light and spacious home, while adeptly retaining significant traditional features. Ten guests can be accommodated comfortably. The farmhouse also has a pool, fine kitchen overall décor alongside the latest entertainment facilities.

The Ariège region offers visitors a plethora of local activities and attractions. Feast on farm made sausage and locally produced cheeses offered at St Giron’s Saturday outdoor markets, explore the ancient Cathar Castles in Foix, Montsegur and Queribus, and return to the refined yet homely Pradas Farmhouse to enjoy a signature drop of locally produced “Eau de Vie”. The region certainly caters to all interests.
