The chef will prepare your choice of steak on a sizzling hot grill precisely to your preference. Enjoy a succulent tenderloin, a flavourful rib-eye, or indulge in a feast with the T-bone steak. The high quality beef that is used is a carefully selected breed and a cross between European Angus and Hereford Cattle with the American Longhorn, originating from work oxen shipped to America by Christopher Columbus.
