First Choice unveils new holiday line up for 2009

First Choice has this week launched the latest Tropical and Egypt holiday brochures for 2009, available in-store and online now. Highlights include an all new ‘flexible safari’ lodge in Kenya for the Tropical brochure and two new destinations in Egypt - Marsa Alam and Makadi.

Tropical 2009 2nd Edition

The 2nd edition Tropical 2009 brochure features over 190 properties, ranging from 3 – 5 sun and covering all board basis options. The Tropical brochure intends to make those far away destinations more accessible to British tourists, offering beautiful resorts in countries filled with culture and places to discover.

The 3+ sun Taita Hills Retreat is a welcoming safari lodge in Kenya and the newest and most exciting addition to the Tropical brochure for summer 2009. The flexible safari concept in place at the Taita Hills Retreat means customers can choose how much or how little they want to do, instead of a tailored safari where guests may stay in more than one lodge, the Taita Hills Retreat allows a little more time to chill out and enjoy the surroundings, using the hotel and all its amenities as a base for a week and heading out on more relaxed safari drives - a great first African experience.

Guests can venture out to spot the wild animals in their natural habitat or spend an afternoon in the wildlife conservation centre learning more about the animals found in the African bush. There is also a chance for guests to get involved in a range of local community projects.

Egypt 2009 1st Edition

With the introduction of new routes, areas and properties the 2009 Egypt brochure offers customers fantastic choice for couples and families.

New for summer 2009, First Choice will introduce the resort of Marsa Alam. Offering tranquil beaches and amazing diving, this beautiful resort is largely undiscovered by British tourists, but since the construction of an international airport in 2001 it is destined to become an upcoming exclusive destination.
