Having spent their honeymoon on the island of Bermuda ten years ago, revisiting the UK’s closest paradise for the ultimate romantic getaway is just what the doctor ordered.

Spa guests can enjoy a Maternity Massage (80 minutes), which helps to alleviate lower back pain, aids circulation and improves elasticity in the skin. Alternatively, tired feet can a have break whilst enjoying Elbow Beach’s ‘Holistic Foot Treatment with Hot Stones’ which will leave its guests feeling like they are walking on air. Prices start from US$185.

Expectant fathers need not be left out, as couples can enjoy a shared spa experience and reconnect with each other at The Fairmont Southampton’s ‘Willow Stream Spa’. Couples can help each other truly unwind during a ‘Ritual Of Two’ treatment (120 minutes) where a trained spa therapist will show partners how to give each other spa treatments before being left alone to soak away tension and have fun in the spa suite tub (30 minutes). For the remainder of the joint session guests will delight in side-by-side full body aromatherapy massages. Prices start at US$449.

Every evening in Bermuda is romantic and couples can enjoy a blissful stroll along one of the island’s secluded beaches to watch the sun set over the ocean before enjoying an intimate dinner for two. Cambridge Beaches’ Breezes restaurant offers the perfect waterfront location for a candlelit evening meal.

Furthermore, couples travelling to Bermuda before 31 October 2008 will receive a US$300 gift card per couple when checking in to any of the above resorts (minimum four night stay applies).
