New destinations for small families
Small Families the UK’s leading provider of single parent holidays has launched its 2009 programme with a number of new destinations, and for the first time the company is not producing a printed brochure.Small Families offers single parents the opportunity to take their children to a wide range of exciting holidays destinations. New for 2009 are Jersey, mainland Spain, a Greek Island cruise, Madeira and a Classical Greek touring holiday.
Holidays are also available in; Tunisia, Egypt, a Mediterranean Cruise, Croatia, Portugal and Majorca.
Small Families ensures single parents can holiday with their children in a safe and relaxed atmosphere with people in a similar position to themselves.
All departures are on a group basis and are accompanied by a Small Families’ representative. They are on a half, or full board basis – many also include drinks and snacks.
“For us the most important thing is single parents and their children are viewed as ‘the norm’ and are free of all the frustrations they can face when trying to arrange a holiday,” said Small Families founder Carole Cooper. “We ensure our holidays have lots for both children and adults to do. Our chosen hotels and ships offer a wide range of facilities and activities.
“We also decided this year not to print a brochure as fewer and fewer customers were requesting one, preferring to use the Internet. This combined with the environmental benefits led us to make this decision.
“We are also proud of the fact that, other than optional travel insurance, there are absolutely no hidden costs in the advertised price.”
All holidays with Small Families are ATOL protected.
