30th April 2009 Print
Chris Crudelli, martial arts expert and star of BBC hit 'Mind, Body & Kick Ass Moves' series, is hosting an exotic and exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime getaway, to teach a few lucky guests some of his famous skills amid some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.

'Crudelli's Castaway' is offering just 20 guests the chance to jet to Ko Lipe's most exclusive beach resort and learn kung fu and tai chi, as well as enjoying the breathtaking beauty of one of Thailand's oldest marine national parks and surrounded by the best reefs, islands and beaches Thailand has to offer.

The private Castaway resort and all its trappings will be available to Crudelli's Castaways, and a typical day on the holiday will look something like this:

8-10 am - Breakfast on the beach.
10-12 pm - Tai chi form practice on the beach.
12-1 pm - Group lunch on the terrace.
1-5 pm - Swim on the coral reef, scuba dive, fish, snorkel, sail a native long tail boat, explore the island or just chill out.
5-7 pm - Guided kung Fu and Tai Chi applications on the private beach or in the tailor made gym.
7-10 pm - Group a la carte dinner in the restaurant.
10 pm onwards - Swing on a hammock, catch the glorious sunset, kick back with a glass of wine, sit round the open fire and put the world to rights.

Chris Crudelli is available for phone and face-to-face interviews to promote the trip, which takes place on June 15-28 2009. For more information about the trip, visit crudelli.com.
