More choice for singe travellers

The biggest ever choice of winter holidays for singles – including more city breaks, more skiing and more exotic long haul options – is on offer in the 2009/10 brochure from leading specialist operator, Friendship Travel.

Making its debut in the new programme is the Granada Beach Resort & Spa - a secluded, tiny boutique hotel overlooking the beach on Cebu Island in the Philippines.

Prices at this intimate property – home to just eight ensuite rooms – start at £1285 per person in January and March inclusive of return flights from Heathrow, transfers, half-board accommodation in a double room for sole use and services of a local host.

Skiing singles have the choice of eight European resorts for the forthcoming season, with additions including Courchevel in France and Fugen in Austria.
