Funway Holidays announces new tours to Taiwan

Specialist tour operator, Funway Holidays, has added Taiwan to its 2010 brochure. The company is now offering four escorted tours to some of the island’s most popular regions and attractions.

Two, three, five and seven-day itineraries include sightseeing in the vibrant capital of Taipei, as well as visits to the popular tourist attractions of Sun Moon Lake and Taroko Gorge. Visitors also have the opportunity to stay overnight at Taiwan’s largest Buddhist monastery, Fo Guang Shan, which is located near the city of Kaoshiung in southern Taiwan. All tours are accompanied by an expert guide.

Funway Holidays is also launching half-day, day and night tours of Taipei, Taroko Gorge and Keelung, Taiwan’s second biggest harbour city. All tours include one meal with prices starting from as little as £21 per person.

Escorted tour prices start from £179 per person and include all accommodation, excursions, entrance fees and some meals. International flights are excluded from the price. Funway Holidays also offers its Taiwan itineraries in conjunction with other popular Asia destinations, such as China. Furthermore, it can arrange international flights to all destinations, if desired.
