Perfect your technique with surf camp in Cornwall

Using the latest coaching techniques such as video analysis, nutritional advice, body conditioning and surf theory, the Surf Academy will ensure that individual performance and all round enjoyment of the sport is taken to the next level.

On completing the course, participants will receive DVD footage of their surfing and a written analysis of their technique giving them advice on how to further develop their surfing skills independently.

The two day courses are suitable for all surfers that are able to get to their feet and ride unbroken waves and are available on demand until 16th September 2009. The price of the course is £60 per person including 8 hours in the water, 2 x video analysis sessions, surf theory & warm-up sessions, DVD footage and a written surf report. For surfers that bring a buddy, they will both get a 10% discount.

For those that want to stay nearby, the Ponsmere hotel on the beach has rooms from £30 per person per night including breakfast or the Perranporth Youth Hostel has dorms priced at £17.95 per person per night with YHA membership or £20.95 without.
