An alien Easter
This Easter the National Space Centre will be asking its visitors to help find Alien eggs hidden within the six interactive galleries and Rocket Tower. The giant Alien Easter Egg Hunt is just one of the activities visitors will be able to enjoy throughout the two week period. The Centre is also being invaded, not only by aliens, but by “gallery buskers”, a rare breed of up-close scientists who wow audiences with real science, experiments and hands on artefacts.
Disney will also be getting in on the Easter fun, with a design challenge to become an inventor with their new film Meet the Robinsons. Visitors can take a trip to tower top to call in on the invention centre and enter Disney’s design competition, with amazing prizes.
So if the thought of chocolate is too much for you this Easter and you need a great family day out to burn off the excess calories and feed the mind, head on down to the National Space Centre and start searching for those aliens.
