Brussels plays host to Jazz Marathon

Brussels Jazz Marathon This famous Jazz festival is into its 12th year and promises to draw crowds from all over Europe and the world. It’s a truly international affair which is offered for free! More than 125 concerts and 450 musicians will perform on the main squares in Brussels as well as in over 50 venues, clubs and hotels.

Pure jazz and latino, funk, rock and blues are all on the agenda and the public will be offered complimentary buses to ferry them between the various venues for maximum enjoyment.

A new stage entitled "European Jazz @ Brussels" on the Place d'Espagne, is being introduced this year and promises unique performances from musicians from countries such as Hungary, Italy, Holland, Estonia, France, Spain and Bulgaria.

The reputation and high quality of Belgian jazz is undeniable. The concerts offer the perfect mix of established international artists together with a new generation of exceptional young talents yet to be discovered!
