A Korean village comes to London

Korea Located next to the 'Greater London Authority' building on Potter's Fields Park next to Tower Bridge is the Korean Village: Sarangbang! Come and experience the sights, sounds and excitement of Korea during this year's Thames River Festival.

The Korean village will host an exciting programme of performances, workshops, traditional foods and crafts, all provided by the Korean Cultural Centre and Korea Tourism Organization.

Summer 2007 has given Londoner's a real taste of Korea, firstly in Trafalgar Square for the 'Korea Sparkling Summer Festival’ back in June, which is set to be an annual event and now the 'Korean Village' at The Mayor's Thames River Festival. Come and enjoy making Korean style lanterns, woodblock painting and taste colourful dishes of Korean food.
