Returning even bigger and better, Britons can once again experience fine dining at a fraction of the cost as online travel and leisure retailer lastminute.com launches its second London Restaurant Week on 14 April.

Now running for two weeks after last year’s phenomenal success, the event, based on New York’s legendary Restaurant Week, gives lastminute.com customers the opportunity to dine at some of the capital’s top restaurants without going bankrupt.

Up to 150 leading London restaurants including over 10 Michelin star establishments will take part in the event offering two course lunches for £15 and three course dinners for £25. Restaurants such as Richard Corrigan’s Lindsay House, Daphne’s, Almeida, Tamarind and Quilon, which recently received its first Michelin star, feature amongst a list of star studded eateries.

lastminute.com has partnered for the second year running with Capital 95.8’s Help a London Child and 20p from each booking will be donated to the charity.

Mark Bower, Head of Restaurants at lastminute.com said: “ London is one of the most exciting food destinations in the world and with London Restaurant Week we are really excited to be able to give our customers the opportunity to experience the vast array of amazing restaurants the capital has to offer without breaking the bank.”

“ Last year was a great success and this year looks set to be even bigger and better. The fantastic feedback and interest expressed from restaurateurs, partners and customers means that London Restaurant Week is set to cement itself as a key event in the food calendar for year’s to come.”

Bookings for London Restaurant Week will start two weeks before the event on 31 March exclusively on Lastminute.com/londonrestaurantweek.
