Zilli will bring his authentic Italian cuisine to cosmopolitan Brighton, with the opening of ‘Zilli’s Café’ on 18 March 2008.

The city of Brighton has become a magnet for food lovers in recent years, drawing millions to its restaurants, and has fast-established itself as a premier dining location.

Aldo Zilli’s 30-cover deli-style cafe will be one of the highlights of Brighton’s funky new destination hotel, ‘myhotel’ and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
