Carnaby to host Barnardo’s charity gigs

Carnaby to host Barnardo’s charity gigs Internationally renowned destination for music and fashion, Carnaby, and national children’s charity, Barnardo’s, are set to host the first in a series of music and comedy gigs on Wednesday 6th August 2008 at leading celebrity destination 24: London. Featuring performances by acclaimed Scottish singer/songwriter Sandi Thom and hot new London indie band Once A Thief.

Tickets are now on sale for £12 and can be booked via the Barnardo’s website at barnardos.org.uk/carnabygigs. Any available tickets left on the night can be purchased at the door for £15. All proceeds go directly to the charity and any additional donations can be made at the various collection points throughout the venue. Tickets are limited so it is essential to book in advance. Doors will open at 7:30pm with performances beginning at 8:30pm.

Make a night of it and step under the iconic Carnaby Arch to experience the edgy and cosmopolitan vibe of London’s top shopping destination and enjoy all that Carnaby has to offer with the sensational food & drink quarter found at Ganton Street including; Cha Cha Moon, The Diner, Mother Mash, Dehesa, Mangosteen and Sacred – located only a minute away from 24:London.
