Wroclaw Flour Festival 2008 The 7th Wroclaw Flour Festival will open on 24th August 2008 (Sunday) in the Botanical Gardens in the city of Wroclaw (west Poland). The Wroclaw Flour Festival is a family oriented event which focuses on the art of making bread, from sowing grain to baking a soft, crusty loaf.
