Adopt-A-Pet day at Miami Seaquarium
On Saturday, August 30th, Miami Seaquarium will host an Adopt-A-Pet day in partnership with the Humane Society of Greater Miami to give orphan dogs an opportunity to find a new home. From noon to 3pm park guests will be able to Adopt-A-Pet at Miami Seaquarium, as well as acquire information on how to be a new pet owner.Guests will also have the chance to meet our hero community canines. Miami Dade Fire Rescue, City of Miami Police, and Miami-Dade Police Department’s search and rescue dog units, K-9 teams, arson dogs, among others will be at Miami Seaquarium for a meet and greet opportunity from noon to 3pm.
Animal lovers are invited to visit Miami Seaquarium and receive a $7.50 discount for up to six people on the price of admission with a special coupon available from Miami-Dade and Broward Petco Stores. Miami Seaquarium will donate $1 for each admission with the Petco coupon to the Humane Society of Greater Miami.
