4th September 2008 Print
Hamlet performed on Regent Street The Factory Theatre is to perform its cutting edge version of Hamlet on Regent Street at five separate locations throughout the day on Sunday 7 September 2008. The famous play by William Shakespeare will be performed by a cast of up to 25 actors who will encourage the audience to bring props for the actors to use.

Liam Evans-Ford, Producer, The Factory Theatre; “This version of Hamlet has now been performed across the UK for the last year and with over a hundred or more performances under our belt we have already begun to gain a cult status amongst theatre lovers in the know”.

The Factory Theatre was recently given generous donations by Sir Elton John and Ewan McGregor and with patrons such as Bill Nighy and Mark Rylance one can only anticipate this particular British theatre company is perfect content for this year’s Regent Street Festival 2008: A Great British Experience.
