Antonio Carluccio OBE celebrates 50 years of championing, cooking and eating genuine, regional Italian food and wine and reveals plans for his latest book while Skye Gyngell, Head Chef at Petersham Nurseries and food writer will entertain with tales from her new book 'My favourite Ingredients'.

Dan Cruikshank best known for the popular series ‘Around the World in Eighty Treasures’ will offer a personal insight into his latest TV series Adventures in Architecture and comedian and author Sanjeev Bhaskar is set to bring India alive.
