Learn to paint at Pensthorpe

Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, famous for hosting BBC Springwatch and many conservation and wildlife projects is running a series of workshops in 2009, starting with ‘Learn to Paint with Water Colours’ with talented Norfolk artist Steve Cale on February 25th and 26th 2009.

The course will enable the artist to learn the techniques used in water colour painting and will focus on the drawing and painting of birds and wildlife with the effects of light and weather.

The course will be held at Pensthorpe near Fakenham from 10am to 4pm costing £30 per person per day.

Pensthorpe Nature Reserve is on the A1067, one mile from Fakenham. Open all year, April to December 10am to 5pm and January to March 10am to 4pm.

BBC Springwatch is returning to Pensthorpe in May 2009.
