Top UK chefs onboard for culinary challenge The R.S. Hispaniola, a restaurant ship permanently moored on Victoria Embankment, in London, recently featured on BBC2's new series ‘Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is’.

The programme that was filmed on the R.S. Hispaniola, saw two of Britain's top chefs; John Burton-Race and Atul Kochhar, go head to head in a cooking challenge, with the profits going to charity.

With its spectacular views of the Thames, from St Paul's to the Houses of Parliament, the ship offered a unique backdrop for the special dinner.

The chefs had use of the ship's well equipped kitchen, where Head Chef Ba Diakhaby normally prepares high quality international cuisine with a distinctive Mediterranean twist.

The ship also has an elegant cocktail bar on the main deck and the upper deck has two outside areas, which are ideal settings for enjoying a drink or tapas al fresco, especially on a hot summer's day. As well as Tapas, a selection of Lite Bites are served in the bar area.
