A musical theme to Quebec Winter Carnival

Next year, the Québec Winter Carnival, in collaboration with Loto-Québec, will be marked by a festive atmosphere, where music and dance will play a predominant role.

“Next winter, get ready to move and celebrate to the rhythm of the music, because the 2010 Carnival is going to make you dance! Are you ready to party with hundreds of thousands of carnival-goers?” asked the new President, André Roy.

From January 19 to February 14, the Carnival invites the world to come and burn off some energy and experience the effervescence of the Carnival to the rhythm of outdoor dance parties: Latino, disco, hip-hop, percussion, traditional.

Lively dance shows will include breakdancing, cheerleading, salsa, martial arts, folk dancing. Visitors can also stay in step and participate in the huge workouts, choreographies, dance workshops, gigantic bunny dance and much more.

The next Carnival will get your feet tapping with daring and distinctive programming.
