When booking via FerryGreen.com the process is simple:

- Select your preferred ferry route and operator
- Enter date and sailing times, with details of car and passengers
- Tick “Make this booking green”
- The Ferry Carbon Calculator then calculates the CO2 emissions
- Finally choose from three options as to where you would like the carbon
emission amount to be offset - planting a tree; supporting energy efficiency; or invest in the European Union Emission Trading Scheme.
