Happy customers at St Pancras International St Pancras International yesterday made public the findings of its first Ipsos MORI independent customer survey. The key findings of the survey are far better than even staff at St Pancras International had been expecting.

The survey revealed:

- 93% of those interviewed said they were at least “satisfied” with the station while over half (54%) were “very satisfied”

- 81% said St Pancras International had “met or exceeded” expectations. No one said they were 'disappointed'

- Over a quarter of the people visiting the station said they were there to shop, meet friends or simply coming to see the station

Dominique Didinal, Marketing Manager at St Pancras International, said: “The experience that our visitors enjoy at St Pancras International is absolutely paramount in terms of our success as a ‘Destination Station’. We are creating an attractive place to meet whether you are getting on a train or not.”

The Ipsos MORI survey was conducted between 26 February and 8 March with 260 people within the station being interviewed.

Didinal continued: “While simply being ‘satisfied’ is never enough, we are, of course, delighted with these results. The station never stands still - in fact these findings come as we open more shops and cafes at St Pancras International and our cultural programme has been launched with a free public exhibition of contemporary photographic portraiture.”
