Don’t forget your toothbrush – or your camera!

Leading holiday add-on company, Holiday Extras, recently asked customers, "What would be the most disastrous thing to forget on holiday?" The weekly online Holiday Extras poll found that 40.1% (217) of respondents would hate to forget their camera, with 29.8% (161) dreading leaving their mobile phone at home. Almost 17% (91) of those polled thought forgetting their swimsuit would be a disaster and just over 13% (72) considered leaving their sunglasses behind the biggest boo boo.

Mike Whiting, Managing Editor for Holiday Extras commented, "Whilst you can easily buy a new swimming costume or sunglasses, replacing your camera or phone abroad is not so easy. Our cameras are important to record our treasured holiday moments. However, while I tend not to take my mobile away with me, more people these days seem to want to stay in touch – even when they're getting away from it all!"
