Cuisine scene is sizzling hot in Banff National Park

Rivard heads up The Bison, “one of Banff’s brightest new eateries,” writes Canada’s largest regional publication in its October issue. Rivard not only champions local ingredients and Rocky Mountain comfort food on the bistro side, but his five years of experience with Cheesemonger, Janice Beaton provides invaluable expertise within the Bison’s successful General Store.
