Brazil sets out to attract more gay travellers

The first edition of the International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association (IGLTA), organized in partnership with ABRAT-GLS – Brazilian Gay and Lesbian Tourism Association is to be held in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. The event will take place during the week of 25 to 29th of March.

“We are very excited to partner with ABRAT-GLS in hosting this symposium and fam trip in Brazil,” said IGLTA Executive Director John Tanzella. The event has also the support of Santa Catarina’ State Tourism Board, Brazilian Tourism Board – Embratur, TAM Airlines and the International Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
