Barratt unveils award winning new homes in East London

Barratt East London has unveiled a new development in fashionable Bethnal Green. Called ‘Tria’ and located in Gossett Street, E2, the project has already won a Housing Design Award ahead of construction.

The £15 million development - directly overlooking Warner Green, a delightful little public park adjacent to the site – goes on sale on October 10th, when a preview will be held at the Hoxton Hotel, Great Eastern Street, EC2, from 11.00am to 4.00pm.

Prices at Tria start from around £244,995 for a one-bedroom apartment.
