Taylor Wimpey urges buyers to ‘move now or miss out’

With the latest positive reports that mortgage approvals are 81 per cent higher* this month than in August, Taylor Wimpey South Midlands is urging house hunters in the area biding their time to get the best bargain to make their move now to avoid missing out.

The house builder, which has sold 346 homes so far this year, believes the combination of low interest rates, competitive house prices and a wider range of mortgages, makes now the perfect time to buy.
