Top marks for Harrison Murray in East Hunsbury In the current challenging market conditions, customer satisfaction is paramount - and estate agent Harrison Murray has gained an exceptional ranking amongst its sellers and buyers.

According to the latest customer satisfaction survey for the past quarter, nine out of 10 customers - that’s 90 per cent - would recommend the agent to a friend.

The top performing Northamptonshire branch has also ranked highly on reputation.

Scores out of 10 for staff professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of local market conditions and general helpfulness ranged from 8.5 to 9.3.

Customers highlighted the ‘excellent service’ and ‘wonderful knowledgeable staff’ as part of the overall comments.

The regular surveys display Harrison Murray’s on-going commitment to customer care and maintaining high levels of service across the company.

The Northamptonshire survey also focused on Harrison Murray’s compliance with the Ombudsman for Estate Agency Code of Practice, which again scored highly.
