New homes from just £75,250 in Macclesfield

Would be first time buyers have a unique opportunity in Macclesfield. The criteria for people looking to buy one of the affordable homes being offered by George Wimpey Manchester at its Jasmine Park development has been relaxed.

This means that two bedroom apartments are now available to any potential buyer, priced from just £75,250.

Previously, would-be buyers had to meet a number of criteria before they were eligible to buy one of the homes.

George Wimpey Manchester sales & marketing director Anthony Mansfield explains: “We’ve been working closely with Cheshire East Council on this development and I’m delighted that together we are now able to offer the affordable homes to as wide a range of potential buyers as possible.

“George Wimpey is really breaking new ground for Macclesfield here. I believe it’s almost unheard of to be able to offer new homes in the town priced from just £75,250.”

However the company is also warning would be-buyers that time is of the essence if they wish to take advantage of the low prices being offered.

Anthony Mansfield continues:

“There will only be a limited number of properties available through the scheme. Potential buyers do need to be in a position to proceed immediately with the purchase and it’s very much a case of first come first served.”

Two different types of apartments are among the affordable homes at Jasmine Park. These are the Madrid and Milan apartment types.

They feature two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The Milan also has an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom.

Both apartment types come complete with allocated parking space.

Jasmine Park is the first new build development in the area for a number of years

Situated in the sought after area of Henbury, the development will consist of 123 homes including ten different types of two, three, four and five bedroom properties.
