New phase of 3 bed homes launch at The Chase On 17th October, David Wilson Eastern is launching the much anticipated new phase of three-bedroom homes at The Chase, its picturesque development in Norwich. Prices start from just £174,995.

Rebecca Littler, sales director for David Wilson Eastern, said: “Homes at The Chase have proven extremely popular, with 60% now sold. With 30 homes on the development now occupied, The Chase is really taking shape and becoming a thriving, friendly community; purchasers can now envisage themselves living here and homes are being snapped up as a result.”

The traditionally-designed homes are built to a very high specification and benefit from spacious, open-plan living and large bedrooms to accommodate growing families. Each home has a generously-sized garden and many have their own garage.

Rebecca continues: “We are currently offering a great range of incentives to help people get onto and move up the property ladder, such as our Head Start and Part Exchange schemes.”

Head Start allows first-time buyers to purchase a new home for just 85% of the purchase price. The remaining 15% is deferred, without interest or rent, for up to ten years or until the house is resold. Significantly, the purchaser owns 100% of the property. To add to this outstanding offer, no deposit is required and David Wilson Homes will pay the stamp duty and legal fees up to £1,000.

Through Part Exchange, David Wilson Homes buys the purchaser’s existing property, enabling the buyer to buy a new David Wilson home. This takes away the worry of being in a chain and the buyer can even stay in their own home until their new one is ready. With no estate agency fees to pay, or HIP to prepare, there are savings to be made too.

The Chase is tucked away on the edge of the Queen’s Hills development in Norwich, set in 86 acres of beautiful parkland. A new primary school at Queen’s Hills has recently opened and further planned amenities include a village centre, community hall, shops, play area and football pitches.

The development is just five miles from Norwich and its extensive range of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés. Transport links are excellent; a bus service every 15 minutes links Queen’s Hills with the city centre. Trains from nearby Norwich station take just 40 minutes to Ipswich or around two hours to London. Norwich International Airport is a quick 15-minute drive away.

Homes at The Chase start at just £174,995 for a three-bedroom house. For more information and to view the stunning showhome, visit the Marketing Suite at The Chase, Costessey, Norwich NR8 5EE, open daily from 10am to 6pm or visit dwh.co.uk.
