House-hunters holding out for the right property in favourable market conditions have the perfect opportunity to secure a great-value home at the popular Wootton Meadows development on the edge of King’s Lynn in Norfolk.

Bryant Homes is offering a choice of new three and four-bedroom houses, including the fabulous four-bedroom ‘Thurston’, which delivers essential family living space across an attractive L-shaped layout.

At the heart of the home is a spacious kitchen that’s ideal for relaxed family mealtimes, while a separate, formal dining room can be found off the entrance hallway and benefits from French doors to the rear garden.

The ground floor of the ‘Thurston’ is completed by a large living room with French doors to the garden, along with a guest cloakroom, a full-height storage closet to the hallway, and an integral garage.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a magnificent master bedroom with en-suite, three further well-proportioned bedrooms – two of which also benefit from access to en-suite facilities – plus a family bathroom.

Like all new homes at Wootton Meadows, the property boasts a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

The ‘Thurston’ is priced from only £229,995, while customers can also choose from a brand new collection of homes just released at the development and ready to move into in 2010.

These include the spacious four-bedroom, detached ‘Quince’ home with double garage – one of only two such house designs on the development and priced from just £289,995. The delightful two-bedroom semi-detached ‘Birch’ homes have also just been released, and represent a brilliant first-time buy from only £134,995.

Also available for reservation now are the four-bedroom ‘Notley’ housetype, priced from £219,995, and the stylish three-bedroom ‘Hadleigh’ townhouses starting at £155,995.

Tania Curtis, Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, says: “A new home at Wootton Meadows represents superb value for money in an improving property market, and anyone reserving their home now can secure their plot for a fixed price – even if similar homes at the development increase in value before they move in.

“With signs that confidence is returning to the property market, now really is a good time to reserve a new home, and so we’re urging people who have been holding out for a more favourable market to act now before prices rise.”

House prices rose 1.2% in October according to the latest Halifax price index – the fourth consecutive monthly increase – yet would-be movers can still take advantage of property prices that are an average of 4.7% lower than this time last year*.

What’s more, those interested in making their move to the development can take advantage of incentives for first-time buyers and Bryant’s Market Mover programme, through which customers with a house to sell can reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder helps to find a buyer for their current property and pays the estate agent’s fees.

Incentives can be tailored to homebuyers’ circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Wootton Meadows boasts a location that has everything – the local shops, schools and amenities of South Wootton village, the attractions of King’s Lynn, and miles of unspoilt coastline close by.

South Wootton lies on the edge of King’s Lynn and is home to a doctor’s surgery, a supermarket, schools and nurseries, while King’s Lynn Golf Club is less than a mile from the development.

Historic King’s Lynn boasts a wide choice of high street and independent shops, restaurants and bars, sports and leisure facilities and a thriving twice-weekly market. The seaside towns of Snettisham, Heacham and Hunstanton are all within about 10 miles of home.

For commuters, King’s Lynn station is less than three miles from the development and provides services to Cambridge and London King’s Cross, while the A47 and A10 are within a few minutes’ drive, putting Peterborough, the A1, Norwich and Cambridge within easy reach.

Further information on the new homes is available by visiting the Marketing Suite off Tyrrell Crescent, South Wootton, and open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm, and Monday from 1pm to 5pm, and online at bryant.co.uk.
