The Notting Hill Housing Group story began in North Kensington in 1963, when its vision transformed some of London’s most deprived and socially divided neighbourhoods. Since then the group has experienced remarkable success and is now a significant force in the London housing market, operating throughout the capital.

From Hounslow to Newham, Sutton to Barnet and most places in between, Notting Hill Housing Group has broadened its horizons and now provides housing solutions spanning London. At present the group has a portfolio of some 6000 homes in the development pipeline, either on site or in planning stages, across brownfield land sites throughout London, in locations including Croydon, Battersea, Hounslow, Putney, Harrow, Camden and Barnet. Notting Hill Housing Group aims to build over 1200 homes across a wide range of tenures including social, rented, affordable, shared ownership and private each per year.

Mark Vaughan, Sales and Marketing Director of Notting Hill Home Ownership comments: “Over the years we have gone from strength to strength. From humble beginnings in Notting Hill to today, a major force in London’s housing solutions. We have become recognised for offering thoughtful and stylish, value for money homes. We are now established in the Thames Gateway and for the first time we are exploring partnerships and projects beyond London to enable us to expand further.”
