Macclesfield househunters can now see another of the new homes being introduced at George Wimpey Manchester’s hugely popular Jasmine Park development.

The housebuilder has made one of its four bedroom Winchester homes available for view, providing another superb option for growing families or people looking for extra space around the home.

Spread over three storeys the Winchester is one of the most spacious housetypes offered at Jasmine Park and is priced from £259,995.

As well as offering four bedrooms, the Winchester features stylish fitted kitchen/breakfast area with French doors leading to a private garden, plus separate dining room and study area to ground floor.

The first floor comprises ample lounge with Juliet balcony, family bathroom and bedroom three.  The second floor features bedrooms two and four plus the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Other features include detached single garage and downstairs cloakroom, making the Winchester the perfect home for growing families.

The Winchester is the latest housetype available to view at Jasmine Park. The development also has two beautifully decorated showhomes, the four bedroom detached Eaton home and the three bedroom Ashley mews home.

George Wimpey Manchester sales & marketing director Anthony Mansfield said: “Jasmine Park is proving hugely popular due to its location, the prices being offered and the range of properties available and we are  delighted to be able to introduce another of these housetypes to Macclesfield househunters.”

Jasmine Park is the first new build development in the area for a number of years. Situated in the sought after area of Henbury, the development will consist of 123 homes including ten different types of two, three, four and five bedroom properties.

It is situated just a short distance from Macclesfield town centre. The cobbled streets and quaint buildings are home to a wide variety of shops and boutiques. Macclesfield, as well as the surrounding picturesque villages of Alderley Edge, Bollington and Prestbury, benefits from a number of fine restaurants, pubs and wine bars. The area has an abundance of local leisure facilities including parks, golf courses and leisure centres.

Jasmine Park offers excellent transport links for commuters and frequent travellers, with the development offering easy access to the A537, A34 and M6, leading in turn to the M56 and M62 connected to Liverpool and Manchester.
