Volvo Cars London launches new technical support service

26th August 2009 Print
Volvo Cars London has launched a new technical support service from its recently re-opened Regent’s Park Service Centre.

The Customer Support Unit will be deployed within the M25 to carry out small repairs and pre-diagnostic work and the service will be offered free of charge to Volvo Cars London customers – helping take away the stress and aggravation of having to travel across London when only something minor needs attention.

It will be based at the Regent’s Park Service Centre, which recently re-opened after a new lease was secured for the premises. The five-bay workshop offers a full range of servicing, MOT and bodywork repairs by manufacturer-trained technicians.

After Sales Director Frank Fisher said: “Having established the Volvo Cars London name in the Capital, our challenge over the next six months is to continue to grow our after sales business in today’s tough market place. We see the Customer Support Unit as helping us to differentiate our offering by reacting to the very unique conditions of working and living in the capital.”
