Buyers at The Zone in Bristol attracted by city centre location

Young professionals in Bristol are heading to buy homes at The Zone, Barratt’s award-winning development in the Temple Quarter area of the city.
Neil Kendall (26), who works for a video marketing company, bought a one-bedroom apartment at the development when he relocated to Bristol from Somerset.
“I wanted to buy a home in the centre of Bristol, close to all the amenities, and I was really impressed by the excellent location and facilities at The Zone,” Neil said. “It’s the perfect home base for city dwellers.
“There’s a fully equipped gym, which I use regularly, and my apartment overlooks the fantastic roof terrace,” he continued. “I love the community spirit here – the residents use the terrace for barbecues and social gatherings, so it’s really easy to make new friends.
“Everything is virtually on your doorstep,” Neil added. “I have to travel with my job and it’s only a short walk to the station and bus services and there are excellent motorway links to cities like Cardiff and London.
“I’m really delighted with my purchase and the Barratt sales team was great, I was very impressed by the friendly and personal service provided,” he concluded.
The Zone, which scooped a Daily Telegraph ‘Your New Home’ award for the country’s best city centre development is close to Cabot Circus.
Current availability includes a selection of one-bedroom apartments priced from £144,995.
