One week left to grab two great value current account offers

Santander's UK current account brands, Abbey and Alliance & Leicester, are urging current account holders to pick up a pre-Christmas bargain before two great offers come to an end on Sunday 13th December.

The offers include:

£100 cash bonus for those switching online to A&L's Premier Current Account which has free travel insurance, 0.5 per cent credit interest rate and free agreed overdraft for 12 months; and

a half price monthly fee for the Abbey Reward Account and A&L's Premier 50 Current Account - costing just £5 per month for three months, instead of £10 per month.

The Abbey Reward Bank Account and A&L's Premier 50 packaged accounts provide a mixture of benefits worth hundreds of pounds, including annual worldwide travel insurance, car breakdown cover, ID protection and important health cover, as well as a market-leading interest rate of 6 per cent on the credit balance, and an interest-free overdraft if you go overdrawn.
